Recently I went to refill 2 different scrips. They told me on separate days the scrips couldn't be filled yet. What? The one hadnt been filled since 8/1/23. The other taken every day should have been ready to fill a week ago. Walmart pharmacy is cheaper anyways. So there I will go from now on. Scary a pharmacys records arent correct. So tomorrow I will transfere all my scrips to walmart pharmacy. Still the records will remain screwed up for a while, thanks to CVS.
Always to busy. Automatic prescription notifications are not up to date. And they don't take medicine back, because the box is always full or no one wants to tell you anything about it. Very rude associates.
Don't trust them, go somewhere else at all cost. They charged me 30.00 for 4 day supply. They are crooks the automated says the prescription will be ready by 3:00 and they say it can't be refilled. DON'T GO THERE !!!!!
If I could give ZERO starts I would! The staff that works at the pharmacy are extremely RUDE! I have been here several times to pick up my father’s RX and I only get attitude. Not even when I say HI I get a Hi back! Not only this but when My family member came down from New York was given a hard time when picking up her RX was transferred from NY to here. As a worker in the medical field I know how insurances WORK! It has coverage and on top of this when you transfer from CVS to CVS is possible to do so! Even if you are in Hawaii or Puerto Rico! Here she received such a bad attitude, she was shown online her co-pay and was paid for online, when she arrived pharmacy tech Aniya gave her a difficult time and stated she could not pick up her RX because she was out of the state. Which is a lie because she has picked up before in the same CVS. My dad has transferred RX from this cvs to NY! She made my family member pay OUT OF POCKET for a prescription that was covered by her insurance! She paid TWICE FOR ONE RX!!!! She goes back today, to pick up her last RX before she leaves and my family member was polite said Hi good evening again pharmacy Tech Aniya didn’t ask anything did not speak to my family member did not acknowledge her at all. She gave her the RX and nothing was said. As a Pharmacy Technician one of her main concerns IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is not given at all in this place if she is un happy with her career she needs to leave! If she doesn’t like to work with SICK people she needs to find another JOB! Will be calling corporate and will file a complaint!
one star because i can do no less, this store has fallen terribly in customer service, call in the morning to get a scrip filled and told be done by 3 that day and not ready for 2 days , go to store to be told they are several days to a week behind , sorry but people need their meds as of now i still am on hold and have been for almost 53 minutes ... sad indeed.... Ok heres a update called in scrip on 10/2/19 was told it would be done at 530 that day , called 10/3/19 at 110 pm and was told it wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes . what happened to ready at 530 the day before? Lady on phone told me they were as much as 8 days behind on scrips . what about those of us that need our meds and need them on time . since its cvs policy not to fill them until your are almost totally out then you wait 2-3 days past being out of meds until they manage to get them done .. As many people as are working back there and can get nothing done. Update poor meds handling , noticed today when taking meds I’m short over a weeks worth of pills , called my new pharmacy they said only way I can get filled early is to pay full price over 200$ , cvs won’t do anything to help
