Visited store yesterday and clerk refused my pkgs because the shelf was full. Went back today and clerk refused one of my pkgs because it was too long for their shelf. Took my other 2 pkgs and I gave them my phone number for a receipt which I never received as I have in the past. She said that I was all set after entering my ph number so I left. Almost an hour later I still have no receipt text msg. My complaint is this, the little guy that gives the impression that he is the manager/ supervisor made a smart comment as I was walking out the door that "We appreciate your cooperation " because they could tell I was upset because they refused my pkg that was over 32 inches long. Then I call the store about the text receipt that i have not received yet, and which I always get before I get back in my car from their store. So I really feel that they did not send the text because they were trying to be smart or funny because they refused my pkg and they knew I was upset. The clerk could've told me the first day that they couldn't accept a pkg over a certain length and I would've be okay and made other arrangements but instead I hauled the pkg in the store twice and the same clerk waited on me both times. They need to be more professional at this location in Clinton NC soon that they can keep customers coming back. Sorry I have rambled on but these clerks have really tested my patience today.
4/28/23 Witnessed a clerk behind the counter get asked a question about UPS pickup within CVS. When the elderly lady did not understand his answer & asked him, for clarification he was extremely condescending and rude. This went on for several minutes, when the elderly lady then asked if they had anything to do with another store that also had delivery and pickup with UPS. Instead of just saying yes or no he was again condescending. Another lady stepped in to defend the elderly woman, the man then claimed he felt threatened.. it is my personal opinion this man should be fired. If you can't take the time to explain things to an elderly person you should not be in retail especially in a CVS/Pharmacy where you're going to be dealing more with the elderly. Pretty sure nobody would want any elderly person being spoken to or condescended to especially when that person could be your mother or grandmother.
I have been in a depressing mood because of things going on. But I would like to highlight Abigail a cashier at the Clinton NC location. She doesn't know it but the hand written card saying Be Happy warmed my heart.
Everyone in the pharmacy is rude and extremely unhelpful, if I didn’t have to I would not come here.
If they could keep one good pharmacist that acutely seems to care they would be great. I understand the pressures that the pharmacist maybe under and the others who work behind the counter. They are always busy and running around like they understand staffed. If I have questions,the pharmacist talks from over his counter. Do pharmacist not practice HIPPA? If I was allowed picked another pharmacy I would be gone. Unfortunately, the other pharmacy is walmart. At least you beat them. The front of the store is always great, friendly,and the service is great.
