The Hispanic girl was awesome. Great customer service. The other girl customer service skills sucked. Laying all across the counter. And rude as hell. If she doesn't like her job. She should go to school or pay attention in class. Because customer isn't and shouldn't be her path. You just can't give them people a chance at anything.

I walked around inside the store for about 20 minutes and took a bunch of pictures. There were about 5 people working and Noone ever said hello, can I help you or acknowledged that I was in the store.

The staff are always nice. I was able to find a softball belt for my son but not softball pants in his size. I wish this location carried more options for toddlers size 5T and up. Would also like to see more shoe options for youth girls and boys between 5 years old and 12 years old.

I drove from Wilmington to visit family for the holidays and decided to walk into this store to purchase Christmas gifts and I was never greeted nor helped or acknowledged by staff members who looked at me and looked away. When entering there was 8-10 Staff Members all huddled around the register(Including the manager) and some towards the back of the store. No one was helping anyone. Keep in mind it was crowded with customers. I then walked towards the mens footwear section where I browsed for 5 minutes and still no one came to help or even bother asking me if I was looking for anything in specific, which I was. I moved to the Women’s shoe section. WALKING NEXT TO THE REGISTER AND IN-BETWEEN ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS AND MANAGER INCLUDED, who continued to ignore me and never greet me or ask if I was needed help finding something. After looking at shoes in the women's section for A couple of minutes and still not being helped, I ultimately gave up and walked out of the store to go to other stores in the mall strip. I then came back 10-15 minutes later. This time I wasn’t going to waste my time waiting for a staff member to approach me so I went directing to the register. I greeted the lady at the register(194898 KAMRYN as seen on the receipt). Asking her how her day was to which she responded “Good.” Never asking about mine or even asking what I needed or what I was looking for. I, myself had to let her know that I was looking for a specific shoe in both Men’s and Women's sizes. She then went ahead to go and get them. When she came back she asked if I needed to try the mens shoe to which I said no. I then asked if she could let me know the price for both items and her response was: “That’s what im working on.” Instead of anything a little more professional and with less of an attitude. I purchased both items that I was looking for and went on with my day. If there is any feedback I can leave from this experience is that Corporate should either RE-TRAIN ALL STAFF MEMBERS INCLUDING THE MANAGER WHOM SHOULD BE THE STORE EXAMPLE FOR ALL OTHER STAFF MEMBERS TO FOLLOW OR SIMPLY REHIRE. THIS STORE NEEDS MORE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO MAKE THIS A MORE WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE.
