Pro tip, don't allow your employees to show up to work high or drunk to the point they are slurring words and stumbling behind the counter. Another pro tip, don't be so pushy to sell your own brand. I go in for what I like I don't need someone telling me what I use is substandard bc you are trying to make a sale.

My experience it was just poor customer service by the employee. The store was unwelcoming. I walked in the store and the employee stayed on his phone. The employee never attempted to help me. I bought PREworkout and when charged the employee didn’t provide or ask me if I wanted my receipt. I asked for the receipt and he said he emailed it to me. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming I just left. I’ll give Skibo a chance. I won’t be back to this specific GNC.

My most recent experience at this location was well beyond my expectation! I was lucky enough to have had Tye be my cashier. Being someone who is generally new to lifting weights and wanting to learn what I can, the buy 1 get 1 50% off supplements is great! I would tell Tye about how I'm getting into keeping track of my calories and protein intake as how I'm still pretty new to the gym. Low and behold he's personal trainer certified and has all sorts of knowledge to give!!!! So for any diet or fitness related questions do not be afraid to stop by and ask! He's there most days and thanks again for all the help!!!!!!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable on the products for myself as well as my child. She was very helpful and professional. She also shared her experiences and tips on a better and healthier lifestyle.

Online says open,. There store says open, all the lights are on and are closed. They won't answer phone and it's 6pm when it says they close at 7pm. Update:. Filed a complaint with corporate,. They called to check the store because it should of been open and found no answer as well. Thanks to another store employee I will just have to get my stuff from a responsibly employee. Tomorrow : (.
