Made an online purchase for pickup at this location. The confirmation email said don't go to the store until you've received an email saying your order is ready. I waited over 24 hours and called the location. The person on the phone had the audacity to say that it was my fault; that I should have picked it up yesterday. I explained that I didn't receive an email saying my order was ready, and she said, "Well, I don't have control over the online system." Be that as it may, she still could have worked a "sorry" in there. But she didn't, so I hung up and called corporate to cancel the order and get my money back. Spoke to someone outside the US. He said he needed to contact the store for them to cancel it, and he put me on hold while he called them. Then he returned to me and said, "They said you hung up on them." WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING? Incompetent customer service. Won't ever go back.

Well staffed at this location ...after 10:30 PM. Felt safe & secure & happy to get my deodorant when all other stores were closed! The store was busy! So staying open is a great idea!

Rude Pharmacy employees like to play around and socialize and let the line back up to the road. When I asked to speak to a manager they said there was no manager there and another employee said the person in the red shirt was in fact they manager and that person direct lied to avoid accountability. Some of these Pharmacy employees need to be re-staffed. Come on CBS get your act together! The other CVS in Myrtle Beach is 24 hours and not like this badly disorganized poorly staffed place. It's also dirty. Just take a look at the parking lot

We are here out of town and decided to try and refill our sons frequently out of stock medication. This CVS had it. We went to pick it up and had a hiccup with our insurance. The pharmacist offered to call our pharmacy at home to get the needed info! You don’t see many people go out of their way to help customers like that anymore! The store was clean and seem stocked. Whole encountered staff was friendly!

This CVS staff has capable, friendly, and helpful individuals who try to assist you during your shopping. Merchandise is clearly marked. Store was very clean.
