I go to this place a lot in the morning during the week when i go into work. The morning workers are always great! However tonight I went in for Pizza and no one was in the food area and proceeded to the cashier. A pregnant African American Women , was on her cellphone the whole time and pretty much ignored me. I try to tell her that I am there for my pizza and tells me to go to the food area. Waited for 10 minutes and I kept turning and she was still on the phone talking very loud and not being professional with the customers. I finally got attended and got my pizza and went to go pay my drink. I went straight to the other cashier that was very nice and professional.
This location consistently knocks it out of the park with their pizza. Waaaay better than other locations around the state. Easy access and close to the Des Moines Airport. Handicap accessible. A large pizza runs about $20. They carry groceries, alcohol, lottery, donuts, fuel.......what else do you need?!?! Thanks for always making a great pizza? Caseys!
6/12/24 8pm Right up front, a sign says "5 for $5" so I say sure, give me 5. The total is $12. I point out the sign to the cashier, and she says, "That's for something else, not the product right behind the sign." So, she already knew and left the sign there. Then she made no attempt (all of 5 seconds effort) to correct the problem when it was pointed out. I bet $5 it's wrong tomorrow. At some point it's not an accident, it's a scam.
This location will only get 5 stars simply because the bar is so low. They've set a new standard for friendly atmosphere and quality service. In particular, Danny and Destiny have made my experiences over amazing. Very welcome and attentive. Their ethics are nonetheless best suited for management to say the least. I can not recall one incident where they have fallen short of kindness, hospitality and natural friendliness. Thank you Danny and Thank you Destiny for showing your light in my dark times. Im elated that you two are the first I see before Im due to work. My days have been less tense thanks to you and your kind spirited ethics with me. You two are truly remarkable. Casey's 1907 Army post road.Worst check out woman I've ever dealt with. There's a line 6 people deep and she was having a 5 minute conversation with some person. Then acted as if it were my fault that I wasn't happy .
