Great shop, great selection, great fun to be had. My whole family of 4 ages 4-40 loved this shop. The staff was friendly to my kids and even gave my son a free Pokemon poster. If we lived closer I would be a frequent weekly customer.

I was completely thrilled with the experience I had during this trip. I had an Xbox system and games that I no longer wanted. And I needed some quick cash. Long story short, Jay's came through. And the employees were very nice and helpful. Once again, they came through with great customer service. I will definitely go back to buy and sell with them in the future!!

Worth a visit every month! Always have fun hobbies, games, collectibles, music, movies, etc. We typically visit the south location, but love the Merle Hay store for football cards. Seems to be fair pricing, although I am as far from an expert as you can get. Items for all ages! We like taking our nephews, have since they were 4 or 5 years old. Even if I don't find something I can't live without, it's a fun shopping experience. Each staff member we have dealt with is kind and knowledgeable. Bonus points for being a local business! Our favorite type to support!

Awesome place for so many collectibles old school games, magazines systems and records, figurines and cards ! They're buying side of the store is top notch as well! First time here I met pretty nice staff and had some things I brought by to sell. Pokémon cards in specific and managed to sell some off for decent value !! I will be returning here for items I'm interested in!

This is one of the bigger locations for comics and games. However new stuff doesn't always come through. They also want full price for opened trades. I understand why people would want to look in but Everything is open. Never had any issue with staff though. I still come in and mostly everything is in decent shape.
