It took the staff more than 5 mins to acknowledge that there were customers waiting to be served. 2 team members walked into the back, they disappeared for a while during the 5+ min wait. It would have been vice if they at least let us know is going to be a few mins and apologize.

Must have been a day that it was a staff shortage. BK is a fast food place right WRONG!!!! Use the Kia to order LOL. Tried to get receipt workers don't know how to get one. It's been years for me, but will this BK be here any time soon. Looks like the manager (black clothes) was hiding in the back. McDonald next time.

Slowest Burger king I've ever been to. If I hadn't already paid in the app I would have left. There was one car at the order screen when I pulled in behind it. It still took 32 minutes to get my food!

Order was correct and everything was fresh and made correctly. Drive thru wait time was a little long but it is what it is

Got my spicy chicken meal and the sauce was all over The wrapper and tryed and said it was made like that when I went back to say something to them about it lmao
