WORST location ever!!! We are never coming back. Tonight we went there around 8pm… we were sat in a booth… and the server had an attitude didn’t come to us until 10 minutes after, and took our drink order and then came back 7 minutes later with ONLY 2 out of the 3 drinks we ordered. Then after that it took another 5 minutes to take our appetizer order and then she NEVER returned back to our table! The manager was nice and came to us about 25 minutes of sitting there with dirty tray and empty cups because she seen us waving her down. This location sucks. We seen employees just sitting around/ employees by the bar talking and laughing while customers are waiting extremely long to place MEAL ORDERS. Never returning to this location! It needs to be SHUT DOWN!! servers here need to be fired !

Really nice staff and food was made in a timely manner. I would suggest this location over others because they really helped with finding the right food. The only thing I wood say that could’ve been better was my bun for my burger was burnt a little.

Was a good experience,very ambient and good service. Had chicken tenders,wine and beer. The only thing was we dined in little late asked for table for 2 but they had a wait time of 25 mins so ended up taking the bar but it seemed they had few seats. But overall must visit for some chilling and relaxed night.

Food was ok. The server we had was great. Atmosphere was ok. the manager was for the birds.. My sister's and I had mixed weak drinks on the table (that we are spending our hard earned money for), so we asked our server for a round of shots. The server brings the shots over for us to take. One of the managers called over our server and told him we can not have shots with mixed drinks. Our server relayed the message to us as if it were a rule or a law. So, we asked to speak with the manager so this could be explained to us a better understanding for the reason they want to monitor our alcohol intake. So the manager comes over and starts to explain that this is a rule and the law. So one of my sister's asked if so were the signs stating this, because we did not see them. Since there were no signs of this rule/law, we asked the manager is this a rule or something you just made up. No sign of the rule nor law was ever provided. To monitor our alcohol intake, we felt like children at the kiddie table on holiday. So sorry Applebee's, we will not be visiting your establishments again. Ended up messing up our Mother's Day Weekend.

If I could have given no stars I would. I hate to say it took 3 visits before I finally said enough is enough.. I arrived about 9:30 pm on 7/11/24 and it took about 5-7 minutes before the server even came and took my drink order and it took her almost 7 minutes to bring me just a glass of Pepsi. I ordered mozzarella sticks that came out hot after about 20 minutes with cold marinara sauce needless to say by the time she came back with warm not hot sauce the sticks was cold. After being there for almost an hour I finally received my undercooked salmon dinner with rotten mashed potatoes ( you know when the potato have a spot that is rotten on the inside) and cold dry broccoli. This location needs to be retrained and the manager needs to learn something more than I’m sorry I’ll take care of the check for you like he doing you a favor after you not eating anything and two sips of soda. They really need employees who wants to work and stop hiring people who stay on there phone’s and play with co-workers instead of doing the job they get paid to do and at the end of the day they expecting a tip for the worst service from the front door to the kitchen leaving nobody out not even the manager. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going to this location.
