The staff has always been very VERY polite and helpful. However..... Ive been in this store now either 4 or 5 times just to simply pay my bill and never has it taken less than an hour! I understand each customer deserves the time needed to be helped but 60-70 mins just to pay a bill is absurd. I avoid this particular branch at all cost. I've been to a few other locations and always seem to be in and out in about 10 mins even the time I had to change plans and purchase/upgrade my device. There's got to be a better way for them to accept payments its a real shame i actually dread going to my local closest branch!
Me and my son had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with the manager named Bill!. He is super nice, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and goes far and beyond with his phenomenal customer service!.We were here seeking the best phone and deal for my son and was very pleased overall! My son loved Bill's personality and we will remember this experience forever! Thank you Bill!!🙂
First time in this location, went last night around 5:45pm and I expecting them to be annoyed for coming in last minute. But was I wrong, Rico treated us with the upmost respect and was very friendly throughout the entire process. From reporting the phone stolen to being able to purchase a replacement right then and there. Definitely would recommend this location.
The service I received was over the top outstanding! Love my new S9 Bill and Matt went the extra 10 yards to accommodate me today. So much so I got another one for my youngest Emma!#T-Mobile for life If you have any other carrier you should definitely change!
We bought 3 iPhones. However the sale person looked very arrogant and impatient. He did not bother to set up the iPhone correctly. Just activated the sim. Looks he was eager to leave for the weekend.This was not my experience from other T-mobile shops where they ensured everything is setup accurately even staying back after the shop hours.
