Awful. Arrived 5 min before close and they refused to let me in. Don’t go here. Pick another store, any store.

Stopped by today, first time visiting a West Marine, It was a long drive so I made sure to call ahead of time and see if they had what I was looking for. One of the cashiers up front answered my call and went above and beyond. She left to find the item and even went as far as to hold it for me until I arrived. I asked if it was okay for me to walk around the store with my purchase in my hand and was told it was fine. Strolling through the store I noticed that it was immaculate, everything I looked at was front faced, and stocked. As for the selection of product available in the store I was also impressed. Overall, VERY clean store, VERY nice staff. I'll make sure to consider West Marine for all my marine needs.
