Worst service ever. Our waiter took forever to get to us and wasn’t busy. He spent most of the time pretty sitting in a both with a customer. Got my kids drinks wrong. My drink sat at the bar until another waitress brought to me. My daughter’s mozzarella sticks came after the meal. My chicken bacon ranch sandwich came with no ranch, again someone else had to fix the issue as my waiter didn’t show up. After spending hours at the beach, driving in heavy traffic, just wanted a quick lunch on way home and it wasn’t anywhere I would want to go to again. My kids like the Applebee’s near us but the one in Concord NH was by far worst experience I have had in months.

Always consistent. A varied menu gives you a lit of options but I've never been wowed by an Applebee's meal. It's good food at a decent price. The waitress was friendly and professional.

I was at this location with my family and we had a few beverages and the gray-haired portly manager came over and told us to calm down we believe this is because we were black - clearly racially profiled we immediately closed our tab and left. We had three drinks and we're told that we needed to order food or leave - this Applebee's is a dump.

Ordered this chicken quesidilla salad several times through door dash. Again was looking forward to this again. Was absolutely terrible. No chicken and was smaller than any I have had before. Was just thrown together and completely disgusting lettuce. I won't be ever ordering this again especially in Concord.

Called restaurant last night and ordered several items for take-out. Was told it would take approx 20 minutes and could pick up outside - gave them color and make of my car. Drove to the restaurant - it took me approximately 20 minutes. Pulled up to the take out area and waited about 15 minutes - no one came out, called the restaurant and was told they would bring it out when it was ready. After another 15 minutes or so, they finally came out with the food. The waitress did apologize for the delay but it appeared they may have forgotten my order and had to make it in a hurry. Got home and they did forget the sauce we asked for on the wings. For spending over $60 on take-out, I expect better service than that. The food was good, but probably not going to do take out there again.
