Me and a coworker of mine had called for a wheelchair accessible vehicle for a disabled veteran at the VA hospital and we were continuously told that a cab was on their way and would be at the hospital within 15-20 minutes and we’ve waited for over two hours. We were then told that the driver came by and nobody was there so we’d have to wait for another one. Yet the first cab never came by.

This review goes to Larry Sorensen's review. I have had several rides from car 390 and it was very professional. How can someone be driving reckless if their already driving so slow? And why would you say you believe they were on their phone if you don't even know? Maybe they were driving slow because they weren't familiar with the area or maybe because they had a strange old creepy man following them. These types of reviews are BS sounds like you had nothing better to do that day then try to get someone who is doing nothing other than their job in trouble. Grow the F up!
