Was decent. The service was so so, as not real friendly. The food was good enough, and we received what we ordered. Alot of tables dirty and floor was pretty messy. It's been better.

Don't have one of these "up north." So anytime we are near one, I try to get hubby to stop. Love the food. Great fries. Cool atmosphere. Food came out quickly. Prices good as well.

Service was good. My husband downloaded the app and got a free meal. I ordered fried pickles and they were awesome. The girl that waited on us was very helpful about the rewards you get from the app

Food is freshly prepared; service is great. The building is always clean. I was a little cold last time so surprising someone said building was hot. It's hard to regulate temps in Western Kentucky.

First time ever going to a Zaxbys. Lots of choices. Food was very good and fast even in the drive thru. Very nice pleasant workers. Only thing they forgot was silverware.
