This is a wonderful place to lay your head for a few nights. My beautiful bride and I always get the king suite facing the pool. The location is at the airport and about the best you will get in town due to the fact that all highways are extremely close and easy to get to. The entryway is always clean and being getting taken care of by the people. The staff is always very quick and well mannered. The hallways to the rooms could use some updates and maybe a little work but the rooms are well kept and clean. The pool and waterpark are well managed and nice to spend time at with or without kids. My wife and I normally grab a few cold drinks from their bar and sit right outside the back door and relax. Would recommend highly if you come this way.

To start, there were no issues with the staff. When an issue was brought to their attention they addressed it quickly and professionally. That said, it really seems this hotel has been forgotten by the ownership group. The room left a lot to be desired in terms of the furniture and decor, but that’s far from a deal breaker. The ac in our room was not working, and when maintenance took it apart it was absolutely filthy. On top of the unit appearing to be original to the building (sometime in the ‘80s), the filter had not been changed in quite some time. As the repair was happening, I could smell the dirt and dust that was now circulating the room. My husband and I agreed we’d try to switch rooms because of the ac, but as I read through more reviews I found that our experience was not unique, and in fact we could have gotten a worse room. We checked out immediately and went to another hotel. We still payed for the night, but did not feel the fee was worth our health or comfort. I expect this review will get a response similar to the other reviews of this property received, and I will say now that I have no intention of trying to let this hotel make it right. I do truly commend the staff, however. I can imagine they have many complaints and issues regularly, and they were as helpful as they could have been.

Had a lovely stay at a decent price. Located within walking distance of the airport, so it’s quite convenient if you’re flying in/out. The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful!

The accessible suite was nice. Please put a lid on the toilet so we don't have to worry about stuff falling in. Loved the pool. Very nice supper in the lobby. Room 3114 has a sag in the center of the mattress. Very polite shuddle driver. This was our 3rd visit . We left our car . So convenient. AC worked well and quiet.

My stay was July 20th 2024. I wanted to take me daughter to the water park they have here at the hotel. Very small one, water slide, pool, Jacuzzi and very small kiddy pool. My daughter didn't mind at all. My main issue was with the rooms. Very outdated, dirty and when you walk around the room the floor did not seem stable. We stayed in room 2310 and 2312. The hotel is right by the airport and you would think it was decent. But not for the price. Very expensive for the type of dirty outdated rooms. They put us in the back portion of the property which looks very sketchy gave me jail and prison vibes. They do not offer room service at the time is stayed. And they have WiFi. The whole area has a funky smell. I really do hope they update the area. My daughter really wanted to enjoy the pool so we decided to stay. I probably will not stay here again. My wife and daughter could not sleep because of load people drinking. Also I'm assuming the allow smoking weed because that's all you smelled at night.
