Well..most of the motels on east Colfax. Ave are very sketchy, at leat this one tends to cater to working class people. Lots of construction vans in parking lot, work crews . Everyone seems to keep to themselves. There no smoking so there's always someone outside. There's a taco 🌮 truck usually parked out in the lot. And it was pretty good too. Everything in the room worked. Microwave and fridge. Most cable channels. Bug free Not bad. I will return. 😎
I had a good stay. Room was clean no bugs and the guy working the desk was funny. It's located within walking distance to grocery store, liquor store and my favorite restaurant.
Frank at the desk is the nicest guy he was so kind to me. I'm a 100% service connected Veteran and I dont trust anyone. I trust him thank you for everything. God Bless
It's very dirty sorry yes but the staff is always friendly to me and if you don't have a credit card or debit they take cash. So for that I appreciate this place but just wish the rooms came cleaner but I always now being gloves and cleaning supplies and a sleeping bag of my own if I can.
My experience at this place was horrendous! My therapy dog being poisoned in the parking lot was thee worst thing to happen during my stay! The owners were rude, especially the lady, she yelled and hollered and was very disrespectful! The rooms were absolutely disgusting, i even painted the walls in the kitchen and could not cook the first 2wks i stayed there because the stove/oven was so filthy, it took me that long just to get it clean! There were mice in the room, had to buy my own traps to get rid of them! The heater vents were do filthy that they had to be cleaned in order to get some heat in the room!
