The couple that owns the nursery are so kind and you can tell they have a real passion for the business. I greatly appreciate their knowledge and guidance when making purchases! Highly recommend!
Allan and Betsy were wonderful to work with! My husband and I were starting from scratch on our landscaping and Allan helped us put together a beautiful plan with flowers we loved, and ones he thought would look great/work with the space we had. He even took the time to chat about what the different plants needed in regards to sun exposure, how to best plant/water and they had the plants ready for us to pick up when we wanted them. If you’re looking for a place to purchase your plants from....look no further!!! Willow Springs Nursery is fantastic and we couldn’t recommend them enough!
great pricing and good customer service UNTIL you need to make a warranty claim on a tree that died within 7 months of planting. They answered all the emails and told us how to care for it and we did it exactly as they said, yet our hydrangea tree has not grown more than some small buds on the branches this year(planted october 2019). We have emailed them numerous times for the warranty claim but they continue to ignore us. We will never recommend your company to anyone. We will be going with a different company to provide us with a new tree.
Willow Springs Nursery and Perennial Farm was there for my family during a very sad time. My mom was able to remotely arrange the delivery of a lilac bush for the grave site of my horse. Allen went above and beyond to get us our plant. I was very, very pleased with his kindness and service. I have not yet been to the nursery, but the plant that was delivered is a very robust baby plant. I am excited to watch it grow! I will be checking out the nursery in the very near future. Thanks for making a sad day a little brighter.
I don't often give a place 5 stars, but This place is off the hook, amazing. The owners r down 2 earth, someone U wished were your neighbors. The amount and quality that they have Is better then most. And I've been 2 ALot Of flower and nurseries. I found the trees I was looking 4, They let me keep them there till I'm ready 4 them. If u don't want to plant them yourself They can do it. Unfortunately all he'll was about 2 cut loose so I wasn't able 2 meander around And check out the perennials. Fortunately I'm retired so I'm going 2 rectify that tomorrow. Thats a 5 star, needing 2 go back Pronto
