My son recently started taking guitar lessons from Guy. James had zero experience, and Guy has been so patient in teaching a beginner. Guy has made learning fun, and James is excited to go to every practice. I have been more than happy with both the lessons and the way he treats my son. I would highly recommend Somers Guitar to anyone!

My 9 year old son started taking guitar lessons nine months ago and we couldn’t be happier! Guy met with us beforehand to talk with my son and I and introduce us to the guitar. It has been a joy to see my son’s passion for playing! Guy is very patient and compassionate. It is obvious he has alot of experience teaching children as well as adults! We look forward to every lesson, highly recommend!

Guy is very nice and easy going. He is very passionate about what he does and it shows in the quality of his teaching. My 9 year old really enjoys his the time he spends at Somers Guitar.

Guy has done a great job teaching our son guitar and bass. He has been able to approach the lessons in a way that fits our son's learning style. Highly recommend!

We just started going to lessons October 27th of 2017. Having several kids that live in our home it gets very busy, we forget things once and awhile or run behind. Guy makes it very easy to set up a make up lesson and when he can he pushes our lesson back when we are late. Guy is very professional and give you a lot of notice when he will be gone or when he needs to cancel for weather. It’s always an option to do lessons over Skype or FaceTime when you can’t be there in person. My only complaint would be that it seems a little overpriced, other children in the home have done other lessons in piano and dance and the lessons were not quite as high priced but it’s still within reason
