We were there for a work party in the banquet room and overnight at the hotel. We were so impressed by Shanna Schmitt. She was so very friendly with a huge smile and an awesome personality. The rooms are clean, the front desk was so helpful and she was outstanding. We have been coming for the work party for the last 11 years and we are so appreciative of how kind and accommodating the staff is here. Feel Like All Rooms Should Have Bathtubs...The Rooms Are Very Compacted But Overall They Are Convenient Seeing How It Is A Casino The Free Breakfast Is A Nice Gesture But Stuff That Should Be Soft And Room Temperature Is Still A Little Frozen...
Pretty decent casino. A lot of broken machines and very few video poker. My mother-in-law had a great day. She won big.
Machines are extremely tight! Have the gaming commission coming to check the machine I was playing. Seemed to hesitate and stutter around that I wanted the machine checked. Not sure how they got 3.8 stars, must be friends and family giving high marks because all the real players say this place is garbage.
Staff very friendly. Food is very good! Rooms are cleaned well. Only complaint is the handicap room had a tub instead of a walk in shower.
