This store is clean, but is as inefficient as nothing I’ve ever seen. They will handle only one order at a time. They pull everyone up through the drive thru even if there is no one else behind you and only 3 people in the store. Got 2 biggie bags and it took more than 15 minutes in the drive thru. I had to wait 7 minutes before ordering (again no one at the window because he was pulled up and no one at order microphone). Nice workers though.

People falling asleep in the back. Found a hair in my fries. Bugs flying all over the trash can. All drinks r watered down/look like pure water. Floors are so sticky the take my shoe off while i’m walking. no gloves were being worn, picked fries up with her bare hands. only one table that was clean. yuck

The last time we were here somebody said we should leave because nobody was doing a good job and even had someone falling asleep in the back. The floors are sticky and dirty. There is brown stuff on the straw wrappers. All the drinks in the machine look watered down or look like water. There are gnats flying around the trash. And my cousin found a little hair in her fries.

Drive-up was horribly slow, then they told me to pull up and park because they needed to get some fresh meat, whatever that means. I waited 10 minutes and then went inside, where I discovered that they hadn't started preparing my order yet. They still said they were needing some fresh meat. Huh? I finally got my order, which tasted fine, but I would like to know what they were doing to get fresh meat.

All the staff was very professional and courteous. They were very fast and efficient with my order. I highly recommend this Wendy's when you're out this way!
