I placed a curbside order at the Thomasville Walmart to be picked up on Aug 1 between 4-5 pm. I received an email around 4:15 pm telling me that my order was delayed. I called this morning to speak with the curbside person to inform them I would pick up my order Aug 2 after 5 pm when I got off work. I informed them what parking space I was located when I arrived and two minutes later my order was cancelled. To say I was mad is an understatement. I even tried calling the store to complain to the store manager but no one answered the phone. I am done with Walmart! I will pay double the price to not have to deal with those idiots ever again!!

If I could leave zero stars I would because I came to their store with my 3 month old. Of course I had his diaper bag with me. Next thing you know he started crying so I reached into the bag and made sure that a store employee saw what I was doing so I didn't get accused of theft. I grabbed his bottle and fed him and put the bottle back into my bag. I paid for my few groceries and go to leave next thing you know a Walmart employee snatched my diaper bag without asking or saying anything and dumped everything out with no respect of a babies items in there. They broke one of his bottle vents which wasn't cheap. When they realized i didn't steal they just tossed it all into my cart, didn't put anything back in the bag, and went to walk away. When I said that I didn't deserve to be treated like this and that they broke my son's bottle they said it wasn't their problem. I said what was the purpose they told me it's because I looked like someone who would steal. So not only are they disrespectful of your personal property and they don't care about your baby's items going all onto the dirty floor but they judge you for looks. The only reason I go there now is for his formula on WIC. Other than that this Walmart sucks and is very disrespectful to judgmental people who act like animals.

Walmart in Thomasville Ga is a joke! If I could rate zero I would. Everyone who works in the pick up grocery department should be fired! First they gave me the wrong order, not noticing until I was home and about to unpack, so obviously I have to get that corrected it was late So I drove back the next morning. They give me my correct order. When I get home to unpack. Someone peed on my groceries and all in the bags my groceries were in. So now I feel like a nag because I have to go back again. They did give me all new things that are in the photos. But to pee in someone's groceries is too much so I took the issue to management and they did nothing about it but gave me attitude. I used to spend hundreds of dollars every week here. I will never spend another dime at Walmart in Thomasville Ga!!!

Avocados cut the day after picking up an order were completely rotten with mold growing on them. Strawberries purchased a few days before the avocados were rotting and leaking everywhere. Pick- up orders for fresh produce is a joke and absolutely disgusting!

The cashier laid my keys and my paperwork on the counter instead of placing it in my hand as I did when I gave them to her. The guy by the name of Timothy was sitting in the customer service seat and flat out said he wasn't gonna put my 20 inch tires on even though it's Walmarts policy and they don't do the 22 inch. He was very unprofessional. I also needed a tractor battery and he said "WE DON'T SALE TRACTOR BATTERIES". Just car batteries and I don't want to put a car battery on a tractor battery. Then as I was paying for the awful service Timothy came in and said o'yeah they do sale tractor batteries and if I still wanted it he was trying to show me where they were. I said no thank you. I'll take my service elsewhere. Skeeter thank you for getting the job done and being respectful. You are an asset to Walmart....
