Horrible people. I went to the restroom after ordering and came back out and noticed a box on the counter. I asked the employee politely if it happened to be mine since I went to the restroom and might have missed my name. I was met with an incredibly rude "NO! Those are my damn cookies! You mind?!" And she snatched them off the counter and started muttering under her breath. This is the second time I've come in and been met with a rude response from that employee after asking a simple question.

Stopped 2/6/24 for lunch. I ordered an 8. inch Philly cheese WITHOUT mushroom's. When I got the meal, the sandwich was loaded with mushrooms and bell peppers and little meat or cheese. My sandwich and drink was $16.51. I thought that was a lot so I checked board and it was around $3.59 more than it should have been. When I was standing looking at the menu the lady asked if she could help me. I told her the price wasn’t correct. She informed me the 3.59 was for the mushrooms. I said I told you I didn’t want mushrooms. She said I’ll give you a dollar and handed me a dollar bill! There was so little meat on the sandwich without the mushrooms it would have been empty so I guess you get to pay 3.59 for something you didn’t order so sandwich will look big. I’ll never stop there again

We were in Thomasville GA on 11.16.23 to visit a sick aunt. On the way home we stopped to eat at a restaurant near her house. We walked in, the employees were not friendly at all, and we didn't get a good feeling about it. So we ended up going to the firehouse. The employees were all friendly and very welcoming. Our food was great as always it turned our night around.

Was pretty busy when i stopped here to eat. All the staff was working very hard to keep up. The staff and manager were very friendly and courteous.

The Firehouse in Thomasville GA has the worst customer service ever. I ordered on line. Got there and waited one hour. They said they did not have my order. I showed them a receipt and she said that doesn’t mean you have an order. I said I want a refund. She said you will have to wait for a refund because I am busy. That staff was rude. People were waiting for take outs, dine ins, and waiting to order and were getting slow service. People in line to order waited 20 minutes to just place an order and several walked out. I went in There about 3 months ago with an order on line and waited over an hour for that. I said then I would never go back and I will for sure never go back now.
