I don’t know about anybody else, but it seems that their online services are getting more and more dumb. The substitutions that they use aren’t anywhere close to what I order half the time and when I say I don’t want them substituted II don’t know about anybody else, but it seems that they’re online services are getting more and more dumb. The substitutions that they use aren’t anywhere close to what I order half the time and when I say I don’t want them substituted I get the substitutions anyways. My order was originally scheduled to be picked up between four and five but I couldn’t get off of work on time and when I got there at 8 o’clock there were two other cars there they brought their orders out right away and I called three times to find out why I waited a half an hour and they kept saying we’ll be out in five minutes. We’ll be out in five minutes and it took him 30. And today I went in to return the substitution and get the thing that I actually ordered and the cashier Jane was incredibly rude. I Gave her my money for my exchange, and instead of giving me my change with my hand being held out, she tossed it on the counter on top of my receipt. Great customer service. Let me tell you.

This Walmart supercenter is packed full of everything. Very busy for middle of the afternoon visit but no problems navigating huge clearance aisle and a great garden center.

This Walmart was laid out differently than the one that I am used to but it was super easy to use the app to locate items. This Walmart was HUGE. It had a Subway, Cost Cutters, and several options of items to choose from. There were many people when I was there so it was a little difficult getting around, but everyone was polite and patient. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go to this Walmart again.

I volunteer to be a mystery shopper. It was amazing all the associates, busy and working. Seems like they were flipping the store in all departments. I only noticed one area where a single associate was busy changing items on shelves by himself and other staff, probably at lunch or doing other reorganizing. I was looking for a couple of items, and the first lead I ran into answered my question quickly, pointed me in the right direction and aisle. The store was clean, and associate engagement was evident and purposeful. I do have one question. I noticed on the day of my visit that the weather was cold and windy. I noticed at the main entrance that seniors and those needing assistance were challenged with the limited spacing available for them to transition to their vehicles and put away groceries. Otherwise, no value added complaints.

Worst produce ever I had 4 rotten potatoes in my bag. The celery looked like it was 2 weeks old idid pick up so I didn't pick it out. We just moved here guess I will be going elsewhere
