This has to be the WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible, the management is so unprofessional and rude. They are so unorganized, so unhygienic. I would not trust this location with products, or medication pickups! I did not trust this Walgreens to begin with, horrible from the start the need more safety precautions here! Horrible, just horrible. Do not come here! Shut this location down, or get better management!!!!!! 0/10 Walgreens, do better. I would like to enjoy my shopping without being harrassed! I would like to enjoy my shopping experience, not want to have my heart beating out of my chest! Horrible.

I went here buy a gift card. I work at an organization in town that helps people in crisis. This gift card was life or death for this person and part of our emergency funds that we distribute quickly and this was last minute. I needed this ASAP and didn't have time to wait in the line of 5 people. I politely asked to cut in line and buy the one single gift card I needed and the cashier said no. I explained it was an emergency related to crisis and they still said no. The cashier tried to wave over another employee but that employee said it was not her problem and would not help me. It took all the customers in line telling the cashier to let me do it amd me crying for her to do it. I get being fair but sometimes people have emergencies and it's incredibly rude not to help people when they are having an emergency. If this is company policy congrats your policy kills people. If this was two bad workers retrain them.

I'm from out of town (Louisville) and was shocked to find nearly everything is locked up unlike the Walgreens I'm used to. Also, not enough people checking people out and slow. Useless security guards posted out front as well.

Horrible store policies that instead of helping the customers, ends up creating more problems for the customer. The older cashier with glasses always acts as if she doesn’t want to be there and starts to act aggressive when you don’t get out of her face immediately. Had issues with the payment and she immediately started to belittle me and when the manager came over, both of them ganged up on me and continued to belittle me. Learn to respect your customers and be more considerate!

Consistently lazy, incompetent, and disrespectful pharmacy workers, leading to lost orders, long waits, and a universally negative experience; militarized, childish, and self-absorbed security guards; intentionally irritating music outside to make the lives of the homeless even more miserable. Super convenient location, would be nice if a pharmacy less infected by awful management and practices were to move in instead.
