This transit facility provides some important bus connections, as it is well served by the Rapid Ride (soon to be ART) Red Line (Louisiana/Central route), the 157 Louisiana/Montaño/Cottonwood, the 8 Menaul, and several commuter routes. The City should hire full-time security at this station though, because I have been harassed by people appearing to be drunk or on drugs in the past. Hopefully this will happen once the ART starts!
UTC is close to where I live and I walk there to catch the bus.Plus my job is close I can walk there and Coronado Mall is close.
Every once in a while a bus is late arriving or one is a little too early and they get kinda backed up, but there's always one leaving the station on time.
City bus driver are not very courteous, they are late most of the time, and i was once refused to ride for wearing a red shirt with red shoes.
Needs better security
