A complicated mess handled with dignity and grace. Bre Russell is a super star. She spent 6 hours and 42 minutes in one sitting to help untangle the mess that nation retail made for her and our account. In the end I am extremely satisfied with the service she provided. She definitely went the distance and makes me proud to have choosen a company that has such an elite employee that cares about you as a friend or family member. I kid you not when I say the situation was a mess, please don't get your US Cellular phones or service through Walmart. It is a headache and not the same as going into an actual US Cellular location. Thank you again Bre for your individual attention and helping devise a plan to get this all straightened out. Things definitely didn't go as expected and it wasn't easy at all. Thank you for walking this journey with me and getting it worked out as best we could. Goodluck in your new location(s) you will truly be missed here.

Every time we go into the store we always feel welcomed. Bre or Breanna Russell she’s always kind and try’s her best to help us with whatever it is that we need help with. She is one of the best employees you have working there.

I have had lots of favorite US Cellular agentss over the years in Atlantic, including my good friend Sam Brink many years ago and then Kyle and eventually Victoria.. but when Victoria left, Bre Russell took on the whole store like a champ and really became an expert at all things US Cellular!!

I have been a customer for a year and I have loved and appreciated the service I have received from Bre Russell…she is one of the kindest person I have ever worked with. She had make service more easier and easygoing. I highly recommend her as a customer service person, she is friendly, approachable , reliable, and a kind person… So thank you Bre Russell for being a kind and helpful person as you are to your customers, I am grateful to you and your help..

One of the best customer service experiance of my personal and business life has been by far with Breanna Russell. Her attention to Us Cellulars policies and practices shows how dedicated she is to her customers and I appreciate how she goes the extra mile and follows up with call backs and she will go above and beyond normal practices finding tools and answers to and problems. If there's a solution she'll find it. She helped me repair my credit with Us Cellular, after helping someone who took advantage. She has been a model for what all professional reps should be as she worked with me through every step to help meet all my cellular needs. She has always had a positive up lifting attitude and had been super fun to deal with. I'd honestly give her 100 star review. Thanks Breanna Russell for being an awesome customer sevice rep!!!
