My son stayed here for the summer. He was provided a studio with a bathroom a fridge a desk a crappy couch and decent bed. No real cooking options other than a microwave and a hot plate. He don’t really cook anyways so that didn’t matter. The security of the place seemed decent. No way for delivery people to get to your apartment so that’s a negative. You need a card to get through the gate. But all in all it served its purpose for the summer he had no complaints.

I moved out because my rent was going to increase if I chose to stay month to month, which is understandable. However, what is unacceptable is the delay in returning my deposit. It is now close to 2 months and I have received numerous false assurances that it has been sent. This is the first place I have lived where getting the deposit back is a hustle. If you decide to live here know that that is what you should expect to contend with.

I lived at these apartments for a while and I can say that this is one of the worst places to live. When I first moved in, it was alright, everything seemed to be well and taken care of. After the property management changed (and it’s changed at least three or four times), it’s gone down hill. The laundry room always has machines that are broken for weeks on end and there are usually only one or two machines available. The gym is never updated and the machines never get worked on. The key cards hardly ever work to get inside the building, and when you go to get them fixed, the people in the office don’t know what they’re doing. The pool is not very well maintained or cleaned, but it’s because they only have one maintenance person working there and refuse to hire another one to help out. The hot tub feels more like a lukewarm bath. While the price is nice, you’re getting what you pay for. I would not recommend living here.

This place is such false advertisement with its name “university village “ You’d think the rent to students or business travelers, But they really let anybody live here which is unfortunate because the price is great/affordable for anybody. Neighbors bringing in homeless people off the street into the apartment across from me, who have obviously lived there very long term. People who are intoxicated/ under the influence of drugs roaming the place. The carpets in the halls smell terrible. Found a huge cockroach within a hour of arriving to my apartment, then more after.. had to keep my drains covered and spray with raid. The key cards NEVER work to get into the building.. not kidding I would have to slide it 20+ times, multiple times.. which is scary in this location. I think it’s fine that they let people live there long-term who aren’t travelers/temporary. HOWEVER don’t advertise the place like it’s a “University village” where you’d expect it to be more of a professional population. More like “Motel 8” vibes Laundry mat only ever has about 2-3 washers available… which is extremely inconvenient obviously.. which they make you report problems on the app bc the office can’t do anything Also the people who work in the office are extremely rude. Had an issue regarding my “check being returned due to insufficient funds” and charged $100 extra when I called to ask about this, because there was no way my account had insufficient funds, they were very rude and could not prove the matter. They just type up a paper and leave it on your door. The price is great but you definitely get what you pay for

I have lived here for three years and have very minimal complaints. Staff have always been helpful and prompt. I’ve really loved my time here, area is nice and the rent is cheap considering all the amenities you get. Only downside is the space is small and there is no oven. Otherwise, this place is really perfect.
