We found that everything positive that was shared about the Union Street Inn was true. The room was beautiful, the breakfast’s were wonderful, the location was ideal and the staff was as kind as could be. On top of that, due to the many flight cancellations caused by the CrowdStrike issue, we arrived two days late for our stay. Without asking, the staff offered to waive the cost of the rooms for those two days, for which we were very grateful. We recommend the Union Street Inn for anyone planning to visit Nantucket.

Simply the best, in every way. The inn is family run and the service goes above and beyond. They take the time to get to know you and you really feel they care about your stay and wellbeing. You immediately feel welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the linens and bed soft, and the bath products high end. The room and inn overall is impeccably clean. You can’t beat the location- it’s central to everything and makes a great hub for exploring the island. I can’t wait to return!

I felt like we hit the jackpot with Union Street Inn. I chose it last minute and luckily they had a room available. Our first time in Nantucket and Union St Inn made it the most memorable trip. Everything was perfect! It’s charming and so comfortable! The most delicious breakfast and the afternoon iced tea and cakes was literally the icing on the cake :) then add the loveliest folks who run the hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I have been visiting Nantucket for 20 years, and while all the inns we've stayed at have their charm, our recent stay at Union inn truly stood out, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Kevin, Dennis, and Mike. From the moment we arrived, Kevin, Dennis, and Mike made us feel like part of their extended family. Their warmth, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of the island added a special touch to our stay. Whether we needed recommendations for hidden gems or assistance with our plans, they were always ready with a smile and helpful advice. The breakfast was a delightful experience, with meals made to order that catered to our preferences. In the afternoon, the home-made cookies and pastries were a delicious treat that made us feel pampered. These small touches made our stay even more memorable. The inn's location is incredibly convenient, nestled in the heart of Nantucket. It was just a short walk to all the wonderful restaurants and the ferry, making it easy to explore the island without any hassle. A delightful stay 1 block from all shops and restaurants! Union Street Inn is a beautiful, historic building with all modern and renovated amenities. Their gourmet made-to-order (included) breakfast is to die for, a great start to your day on the island! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and are great resources when exploring Nantucket. Cannot wait to visit again!
