This hub is temporarily closed until April 6th. This information is not stated on Uber’s website nor anywhere else, so I thought it would be helpful if I put it here. I drove nearly an hour from Peoria to Tempe and would hate for anyone else to do the same!
They don't care at all about driver's and customer's. They make mistakes and the rest of us pay for them. They think cheap apologies pay the bills. They're not even genuine in the interactions. If you expect them to have your back in the minimum, think again. The only thing that's obvious is their genuine lack of respect for people and their time.
What a waste of time. I wanted to take in my insurance card and registration. I also wanted to get a vehicle inspection. They were only handing out cleaning supplies. Ridiculous. We have passengers in our vehicles with masks and Uber can't have employees with masks inspecting our vehicles and taking our paperwork? Give me a break. You want drivers or not?
I have ordered a lot from Uber eats. I have had more than five refunds because items were missing. I received an email from Uber saying I'm not get anymore refunds potentially. They said I need to be careful because the refund can come from the driver or the restaurant pockets. All my refunds I requested was because an item or items were missing. It did not have to do with a restaurant not having stock of something. If that were the case I would have not ask for a refund. If Uber did there research they would see all my refunds are valid. The message they sent was intrusive. Corporation will not be around forever because of they treat society. They will definitely be one of those corporations forgotten. It is not surprising Uber already has one law suite open against them for breaching there privacy agreement with certain customers.
I switches cars and uploaded the new docs but the Uber App was not updating on it's end. I called them twice and their phones would disconnect you. I went to the Hub (not knowing I had to have an appt) but they graciously took me in, updated all my info quite quickly and gave me cleaning supplies. Customer Service 5 Stars and Thank You so I could drive today..
