Horrible. The place is not actually a Uhaul facility, but a used car note lot. Website said they open at 9.30, but they didn't open until after 10am, and I still had to wait 15 minutes until someone who "Could do Uhaul" showed up. Girl showed up, and was angry that she "Had a Uhaul waiting for her" to do as soon as she got there. Snapped at me several times because she couldn't get her paperwork straight. They don't know how to do the paperwork. Had to call Uhaul to try to get it done. On a cell phone. Put ME on speaker on the cell to get Uhaul to do the paperwork!! They didn't have trailer hitch ball, so I had to go to Home Depot to get one. When I got back, they didn't have the dolly equipment that I'd reserved. Told the Uhaul operator that I was rude when I told her I didn't want to go to another Uhaul facility to get the dolly equipment that they should have had. I left at this point, went to Eubank location, and recieved outstanding customer service.

This place is a nightmare, I could not even ask the most basic questions about availability and price.

Truck had bad steering parts (mechanic here), trailer had a nail in the tire when I got it. Staff were incredibly rude when I was returning the vehicle. Guess I'll go Penske next time.
