I picked up my U-Haul and trailer at this location. Anthony (employee) loaded my car on to the trailer and cracked the bumper. I filled an insurance claim and now the employee is lying saying he never hooked my car up! I am so upset. I will never go to this location again!!!!!

When I went in Victor was very short and rude with me, said he would call me back to give me an estimate with how much it would be to fix my car, didn't even look at it to diagnose it properly then after 5 days of calling back I was told they could not fix it when they didn't even look at the car. This was a very unprofessional expirence and I'm not one to write a review unless my service is just that good or just that terrible. I just felt unwanted and like such a bother. Go to a REAL mechanic. Trust me .

Ive read some of the comments on here and the ones that say horrible things are completely wrong... He is also an awesome mechanic that gives me the most honest prices and best prices. So when you walk into the office to rent a uhaul keep in mind its also a full mechanic shop! He is the nicest and honest person, so if you don't like hearing the truth mqybe dont go here. I also returned my uhaul here and again he made sure everything was taking care of properly. I'd recommend him to others and actually have.

Went to pick up a dolly, missing a light and was less than helpful in finding a replacement light to repair the unit he had on site or even a completely different unit at another UHaul.

Not friendly at all. Guy at the front tried giving me the wrong reservation. He kept telling me that I put in the information in wrong online. Genius didn't figure things out until the very end when he tried to have me sign the receipt and it was clearly the wrong person! He also charged my credit card and now I have to get it disputed. Terrible customer service. Also, very dirty office. Do not go here.
