A white male worker whom I simply asked for the person who runs this location information so I can talk to them about how their employee is treating customers and his response was he wasn’t about to play with me. After asking about renewing a trailer he took it upon himself to extend the rental when he was not asked to do that. He very much was racist and shouldn’t be working in an area where a lot of black people work and live since he so racist. I was kicked out the store because I wouldn’t let him talk to me crazy. Be very careful going here if you black.

Service was good, the equipment was well-maintained, but not completely clean. The parking lot of the building was disgusting. Full of debris and garbage. I had major concerns of getting a flat tire from driving through the parking lot. I did not even pull my car through the drop off lane because of how much garbage and debris was in the lot. Overall, it is a decent location to rent from.

My experience with the Brooklyn Park location was excellent. I had made an appointment at 9 am for pick up, when I got there, they had the truck and the supplies I ordered ready and waiting. The rep there made sure all my questions where answered and made sure I knew how to make the drop off process go easy. When the drop off time came, arrived and shortly after another rep took the keys, asked if everything went well and checked over the vehicle. Both pick up and drop off process went really well. Thanks for making moving smooth as possible! Paul

I have had a lot of bad experiences when picking up U-Haul trucks, but this was a very, very good and smooth process. I forget the owners name, but he was extremely helpful, as was the gentleman who hooked up my auto transport, thanks for the good experience.
