The lady charged us twice and had to refund. Then the room she gave us hadn't even been cleaned, The cleaning staff were awesome they came quick and did a wonderful job. But wouldn't recommend this place.
I found the front desk personnel and staff professional and friendly. They have clean rooms, the location is good, it's near the interstate and various restaurants are very close. Their prices are competitive as well.
Upon arriving we were greeted by the sweetest woman at the front desk. With a very nice gentleman The atmosphere of the hotel was so cute and clean when we walked in. Our room was a king room (3 pillows) with a table & 2 chair, mini refrigerator and microwave, There was a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. We booked though priceline so the rate was super affordable it was quite ( like a ghost town) an very clean I thought for the price it may be to good to be true but I definitely didn't want to leave lots of food local that delivers the bed was very comfortable the water pressure in the shower was amazing I just want to say don't be fooled by the price it's definitely worth the stay
Awfully awful, horrendous and the most unsanitary place I've ever stayed. The amount of bed bugs I could see at first glance was frightening, all sizes. Black stains on the bed, looks like sheets hadn't been changed in months!!! Ah!!! The woman who works there was unapologetic, rude and denied they were bed bugs as she squished them with a card. Gross!!! Not to mention, the toilets hadn't been cleaned, gunk in the sink, old food in the fridge... Could go on and on. Stay away.
Stayed here while my house was being fixed, the manager was rude and service was awful. I would have to set them items out side to get my room serviced or go looking for them. My children did enjoy the pool
