Sonny always goes above and beyond to get medications refilled. He works directly with providers to make it seemless for his customers. I appreciate his smile and he always calls me by name. I highly recommend Three Rivers Pharmacy!!

First time using this place as an access point to pick up my mail and what a disaster. Honestly if I could leave a zero star review I would. Went to pick up an ups package that was in my name and they would not release it to me. Told me that I needed a code for release, (Amazon usually has this), which ups does not do to my knowledge nor does it state it anywhere on their site, also contacted ups myself and they told me that they don’t do codes. This happened two days in a row, after the first incident I contacted ups and the sender of the package and they both told me they don’t have any code to release packages. Obvious error on their end, but the man seemed to care less to resolve the issue. His go to solution was to send it back to ups and then have them redeliver it to my house instead when I was literally standing right next to it at the pharmacy. Yes I had ID proof that the package belonged to me. Said he called ups and and no one answered so he “left a voicemail”. Hmm… I called ups 3 mins afterwards spoke with someone and was able to to have them contact the pharmacy to have them give me my mail. Ratings: Customer service: 0 Customer support: 0 Access point for mail pickup: -10

I switched to Three Rivers Pharmacy because employees of TR Walgreens are/were rude and unhelpful. Three Rivers Pharmacy will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and well take care of. I should have switched a long time ago considering my mother has used TR-Rx for three years now and she told me how helpful and nice everyone is there. The best part is that they deliver… for free!!

Forget Walmart and come here! What a wonderful place. My husband had no insurance currently and the new doctor he went accidently called his prescriptions into here instead of Walmart. I couldn't be more thankful! Not only were they cheaper to begin with they also automatically also ran the prescriptions thru good rx. 5 prescriptions, two of which are inhalers, for $201. That's amazing. I gave them my information and they're going to pull my perceptions from Walmart for me, I don't have to do anything else. The pharmacist was so friendly and helpful to me but what stood out was how he so very nicely was training his counter person to fill in all the information. I'm impressed and grateful to find a place like this in all this mess.
