Well it was ok, the coffee is always good but the staff could be friendlier. I couldn’t figure out the tip button, sorry, but I feel like we were prejudged, as old people and not treated kindly. We won’t stop again. It’s ok there are friendlier places around.

I was looking for something sugar-free and caffine free. They made me a caffine free, sugar-free peppermint mocha latte. It was soooo good.

Not sure how Biggby’s exist. I thought I would give it a try but I find it might be only a half a step above gas station coffee. Actually gas station coffee might be hotter. First of all to offer coffee from the hotel style pump carafe is about as bad as it gets. I actually added a shot of espresso but the coffee was lukewarm at best. Workers aren’t very friendly, no one else was in the place. Not a real coffee lovers hang out. And they had two types of muffins which probably have been in there for a week. Next time the Shell station!

i come here often and this was the last time i am giving this place a chance. they never have vegan cheese for the vegan bragel over the course of years i’ve asked over and over they have not had it once. and on top of that i am vegan i always say no whip when ordering and they always put whipped cream on every time and i ask them to please take it off they don’t apologize he rolls his eyes and i look through the window to see they just wipe off the whipped cream and pouring it into another cup. the staff here is careless, immature, does not listen and very unprofessional. never coming back here.
