I have used Prescription Shoppe for many years. They compound my Thyroid medicine and if you do not a thyroid then you know how important it is to have it daily or your body will shut down! I lost my medicine on vacation and I know that is on me but to have my Prescription Shoppe to not help me to get my needed medication is not acceptable! I was literally crying because it was my Thyroid medicine that I lost! I know they are busy however they SHOULD CARE ENOUGH about their patients well-being to help without me waiting for three days for them to get me my medicine! If this had been any other medication it would be fine to wait however Again Thyroid is nothing to play with and to be so uncaring is unacceptable to be in healthcare! I will be moving all my medication’s and if they compound your thyroid medication you may want to think about moving to a new pharmacist that actually cares about their patients!
