The rooms were clean and bright, and the cafe provided us with delicious sandwiches, chowder, and soup. Their breakfast sandwich quickly became my favorite way to start the day. The pool was a relaxing and calm place to unwind and chill. The hourly bus service into town was the perfect way to get around on such a busy weekend. Thank you for all your help in making our family Fourth of July perfect! --- I made a few tweaks for clarity and flow. Let me know if you need any further adjustments!
Room was not ready for a 4:00pm check in, bar doesn't open until 4:00 and really not until like 4:30 by the time they set up the bar. Room does not have a safe even though they advertise it, I was told by the front desk they are on order??? TV in room is not HD and has limited channels, no ABC or NBC so you can't even watch the Olympics, was told by the front desk they are in the process of switching providers, odd because the bar/lobby has NBC and the Olympics on there. Rooms are updated and decent but so many other better places to stay on island.
We had a phenomenal stay at the Nantucket Inn. The rooms, common areas and pools were all recently renovated to perfection. The staff was fantastic. Fisher, Robin and David were great and were so kind to our five year old son who was traveling with us. Will definitely be back!!!
We had a wonderful time at the Nantucket inn! Rooms were beautiful, and had all the extras we loved such as extra cozy bed, fantastic bathroom and decor that made us feel the essence of Nantucket even while tucked in. Service was incredible including the wonderful shuttle which allowed us to keep our car rental time to a minimum! Location was great, and the pool oasis made those times between activities even more relaxing. The lobby bar was awesome and we really enjoyed grabbing a cocktail while revisiting the days adventures.
I have visited the Nantucket Inn several times now since it has undergone renovations, and it looks incredible! The room renovations are beautiful, the clubhouse/check-in area updated are as well. The staff is super-friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Shawn, Jon and Lisa, who could not have been more helpful. 10/10 recommend!
