The Market At Vail
What people are saying
Very convenient when staying in Lionshead. The selection is limited but that is to be expected for a small grocery store in the village. Everything is also pretty steeply priced but I imagine rent in the village isn’t cheap so that’s also to be expected. 🤷🏼♀️ So glad you guys are here!
Overpriced. No vegan options. A single onion costs $3. I paid $18 for a drink, sprouts and an avocado. Clean store but nothing special.
Decent selection of groceries, fruits, and frozen items, but priced for the tourist (pretty expensive for most things). Service was fairly curt during my visit. Good mask policy. Fruits are about double-price. Microwave in the back of the store. Make sure you bring a bag for your groceries (location charges for bags).
Cripplingly overpriced. Truly the ‘Vail’ inflation taking advantage of people. The same products can be bought at Safeway barely 2 miles down the road for 40-50% cheaper. $10.99 for a tub of Greek yogurt, $6.99 for Silk almond milk, $7.50 a tub of Halo Top, $7 for a small box of Aspen… no thanks!
Nice market. Friendly staff, well stocked, clean, and easy to find what you need. Nice market overall.
