Best shop in the springs, wide variety of tea and spices. The lady running it has such a high level of knowledge and is so sweet. Got a variety pack and tried out the banana nut muffin tea. The spice selection is incomparable. They have cooking spice blends that will make you want to start cooking! Delicious and appetizing.

We might be obsessed with tea... And that's okay when you have such varied and delicious tea options at the Tea and Spice Exchange in Idaho Springs CO. The ladies in the shop were very sweet and helpful. Several mouth watering suggestions were given and more and more spices and teas added to our little shopping basket. They even brew any tea available in the shop for you to take and enjoy either hot or iced. Thank you ladies! We enjoyed walking around charming Idaho Springs with fresh brewed tea warming us on a cool day.

This place is wonderful!! They have a huge selection of teas and wonderful quality spices that also come in blends. The staff is super friendly and kind. Check this place out next time you are in Idaho Springs!

We stopped in town for a hike and the hot springs. Glad we stopped here. I got some truffle salt and truffle garlic as a gift... they gave a great selection of spices and teas... its definitely worth a stop! Everyone working was kind and helpful in helping me locate things to purchase
