I love this place. If you want a coffee that doesn’t taste like it’s been sugared up by garbage and want a nice beverage made with a clear, obvious coffee taste to it. This is definitely the place to go. However, I’ve noticed recently that the sugar is becoming more and more dominate in flavor, and the coffee becoming less and less. It all really depends on who is working honestly. For the most part, it’s perfect 90% of the time. For example, I love matcha green tea. Sometimes I’ll get a nice dark green tea flavor and color and taste, and other days, like today, I’ll have to throw away my drink because it was slightly green sugar milk requiring a dose of insulin afterwards. I do love the place though.

Love this place! Giant coffees for the price of a small at other places. They pay attention when i order and have never gotten it wrong. The bean is the perfect touch, it's easy to earn rewards and free coffee using their app, and the coffee is delicious! 5 stars all around.

Just stopped by the drive-through for a big latte w/4 shots of espresso. Decent price and good service. I didn't get any food, but I will try and get some food next time I go to that area, and stop by there, and I will amend this review.

This was my first time there and the girl at the window was very helpful in helping me order what I was looking for. I had my dog with me and was given a "pup" cup with a dog treat in it. I usually go to the "others" for my drinks but will start making the Human Bean a regular stop now.

Normally I love going to this location.. and I’m there several times a week .. however this last time I believe will be the last time .. my husband bought me a gift certificate for human being, and it even said it on the gift card however, this last time the girl decided to repeatedly tell me they don’t take those cards even though it’s a human being gift card argued with me told me I was wrong and then I had to pay for my drink, even though there was still money on my gift card. What happened to customer service? Normally they are great but this last time Was awful! How are you gonna tell me that you don’t accept your own gift cards
