Wings need more sauce and need to be crispier. More flavors would be nice too, there is only approximately 6 flavors. Servers seem confused as to how they serve their wings, whole vs. wing dings, and how customers order them... they make it harder than it needs to be. EDIT TO REVIEW. DONT OWN A BUSINESS IF YOUR REPLY TO A HONEST REVIEW IS GOING TO BE RUDE. As a paying customer I guess I was wrong to assume you would want honest feedback rather than defending something that could be better. That's quite literally what reviews are for. I've been to your restaurant several times and I still gave you 3 out of 5 stars. Nothing I said was rude or deserving of such attitude. GROW UP!!!

The Beacon Hotel staff were so inviting for our first time here. They recommended the quesadilla and wings, we got both… and they were so good. They have a full bar and a ton of cold beer… the hazy Jane rocks! It’s worth a trip for the comfort and fun environment. We WILL be back!!

It was a dim lit room that seemed to have a nice atmosphere, I was unaware that it was to hide the waaaaay undercooked burger I was served. My server was extremely accommodating, and very apologetic which may lead me back for a second try. Even though the burger was well seasoned, it couldn't save the fact that it was raw, nowhere near rare, and I asked for medium rare. Hopefully, second time around will be better.

We got fish dinners to go. Tried to call them in at 3:00 and were told they don't take orders until 4:00. Called back at 4:00 to place order for 5:15 pickup. Apparently they don't like taking them ahead, but they did with the caveat that if they're busy, I'll have to wait. Never experienced such a hassle to place a to go order anywhere else. The food was good, but considering you don't get a vegetable or desert like other places, they are overpriced.
