My daughter and I do not have a lot of money. So if we get fast food, we want ut to be great, Since we do not know when we can eat away from home again. My daughter ordered a crunch wrap supreme and taco meal. I ordered a Two chalupa and taco meal. We asked for sour cream on the tacos. There was barely any. Emma, my daughter always gets the crunch wrap. This one was flat, barely detectable sour cream. I think our Bill was $23.00 and some change because we also got the cinnamon delights. Which were not that great. Emma said I wish the crunch wrap looked half as thick as the picture. It literally looked like, the took the tortilla shell, folded it and put teaspoons of ingredients in it. We were not happy. And there was barely any sour cream on the tacos. You know you pay extra for s.c. if its not already on an item. We should have just went to the grocery store. I can figure out what most things are made of, since I have cooked in Restaurants most of my teen and adult life. I dont think we will go back to the Broadway street, taco Bell in Anderson, Indiana. Other things have occured, like rudeness from the staff. The virus that shant be named, has everyones feelings on their sleeves, and it seems like all manners, if a person had them to begin with, have flown out the window. I guess they havent taught some cashiers that they are the eyes and ears of the establishment, and they represent the company. From their sighs of impatience, to forcing the plastic lexan ( utterly stupid) With your bag of food in your face. If thats how it has to be, then at least make stronger bags so when this lexan is forced into my face, that when i go to get said bag, it doesnt rip. I shouldve asked for another bag, because it fell apart from the rip. The chalupas, and crunch wraps were poorly wrapped, and almost didnt make it. Save yourself some grief, drive a little further to ghe taco bell up on scatterfield, around the closed mall. It is way better. As for this girl, I will be cooking more, and eating fast food less. We feel healthier when we do.

The cinnamon twists tonight were horrible. I was able to get my money refunded. They really need to check that oil before they sell those at night. Tasted like bug spray was on them.

This location is filled with rude workers of all ages but predominantly young kids that don't seem to take their job seriously at all. My order is absolutely NEVER correct and when I have to return something or bring their mistake to their attention even the managers are very rude about it I avoid this location as much as possible but my husband visits more than I like but his patience is so much better than mine.
