The hotel is very close to the airport, and very accessible to large vehicles/rideshare. The front desk staff is nice, and was very understanding when we checked in at 4 AM due to our flights being delayed by 12 hours. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the beds were well-made and very comfortable. The shower also has plenty of hot water and pressure. I will note that there is a strange odor when you first walk into the room, but it is insignificant and disappears very fast. 8.5/10.
Stayed here for one night to catch a flight back home. Front desk staff was exceptionally nice she helped me get into the computer to check in for our flight even though she was busy. Unfortunately I would not stay here again. Once we got to our room I check the sheets as I always do and noticed a stain underneath the fitted sheet. Once I removed the fitted sheet I saw several dark stains on the mattress cover. I brought the to the front desk’s attention and it was taken care of immediately. I would have preferred a different room but since it was just one night I didn’t complain. The bathroom and towels were clean. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and vibrated so p the point where I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. I did not use the pool or eat the breakfast due to leaving for our flight very early. I stayed here to save money but would not do that again.
Staff was nice. Not expecting anything fancy from a Super 8 but this was the worst I’ve ever seen. Old soap was still in the shower which makes me guess they did not clean it. The drain did not work so by the end of a short shower I had water up to my ankles. There was poop smear on the toilet seat. And to top it off there were 3 empty beers in the safe. Makes me wonder if they wash the sheets. There are better areas around Bozeman to stay for the price.
Paid $196 for 1 night, had bedbugs, nonfunctional deadbolt on door, harsh lights, and dark brown stains on sheets. Not great sound isolation, could hear neighboring rooms talking. Management refused to give any partial refund for poor experience.
We arrived the morning of our checkout date because our flights were delayed, so we asked for an hour late checkout. They said late checkout costs $50! On the hotels official site it says late checkout is one of the amenities, it's not really an amenity if you have to pay for it lol The rooms were a little run down but clean! Drains weren't working properly though. Staff was nice!
