‼️‼️AVOID IF CAN!‼️ I LOVED this hotel when my family & I would go to Abq. Till last month we went as a family on a quick trip! We went into the lobby to get our room, we got 2 since our family wouldn't fit in 1… first they have new owners! second we get our rooms, walk into the 1st room, everything seems okay… walk into the 2nd room, no light! At ALL… went to lobby they switched us rooms, walked into the “new & clean” rooms. Nothing was wrong in the 1st room everything was okay not the cleanest… LITERALLY go to the restroom in the 2nd room toilet wouldn’t flush, the bathtub was full of hairs & water wouldn’t go through!! Beds WERE filthy, floor was sticky, & blood on the bed sheets! WE COULD NOT FIND ANY OTHER HOTEL & it was already 2 am… SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING i went to the lobby & I told the lady “this is DISGUSTING im serious I have babies with me, my siblings & my parents…” *I explained everything to the front desk person that I just said above^* all she said was “im sorry I’ll give you $25 dollars back” I was so mad! DEFINITELY NEED TO GET HEALTH SERVICES OUT HERE!! AVOID AVOID!⚠️⚠️

Panoramoc views from 3rd floor of Sandia Mountains and more. Renovated rooms with new texture, paint, window shades and wall lamps. Close to Kirtland Park and Gibson, Yale Blvd areas for walking.

Convenient and budget-friendly hotel close by I-25 and local eateries. We had a room on the 3rd floor, which afforded us a nice view of the city. Just be aware, this hotel has no interior hallway, but the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is very basic, but the dining area was clean and pleasant and had plenty of seating.

Room is so dirty. Sink and bathroom aren’t cleaned beds poorly made and hair everywhere. Thin walls you can hear everything your neighbors do. I mean it’s cheap but you shouldn’t have to sacrifice cleanliness for cheaper. There is literally poo streaks in the toilet.

Room not ready at check-in. Room was nice but sink clogged, moved to another room that was not ready. Still moved to another room that was occupied and finally the fourth room was fine. Housekeeping was not properly done in bath room. Overall the property is well kept compared to other super9. Manager did not apologize, he just blame the help.
