Summit is head and shoulders above the other coffee stands in Fairbanks. Consistently excellent coffee that doesn't vary day-to-day or barista-to-barista. Great food, lots of variety (cold pressed juice! Vegan options!) Everyone there is so nice and friendly, it's always the best part of my morning when I stop by. Thank you Kelly and Nicole!

Everytime I drive by this place, there are cars lined up, which is a great sign for any place that serves food and drinks. I finally became one of the cars in the line and now I know what the fuss is about! Fantastic customer service, way above average coffee and a stupendous burrito! Yes!

During the week it has become almost a ritual to go to the gym in the morning and then getting a vanilla iced latte and a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. During the weekends instead the unbeatable McKinley burrito is a must have. Definitely the best coffee shack in Fairbanks and maybe in the entire AK!

Omg! Finally a place to grab vegan breakfast on the go! Real fruit smoothies, great coffee, and vegan breakfast sandwiches! I'm obsessed, wish they were in Anchorage!

We waited in line on a busy morning and it was definitely worth it. Customer service is top notch. 👌🏽 drip coffee was the perfect temp. Highly recommend breakfast bagel w/ egg,cheese + sausage. Priced right. Keep up the goodness, Summit!
