Deb is a doll and the only person who makes me want to come back but my boyfriend and I had wanted to go in after getting groceries and it was around 8:45 but when we went up the guy running the place was so rude I had to laugh. He mentioned that he had to rewash his knife and that he put away certain things and overall acted like we were the biggest inconvenience. We all get annoyed when customers show up at the end of our shift but its YOUR JOB and he had a good 15-20 minutes till he was done. I worked at this location when I was 16 and it's really not that hard to close up shop, disappointing to say the least.
On Friday, 7/9/21 I ordered on-line and paid for a sandwich. Went to pick it up and found them closed. WalMart staff said they never even opened at all that day. Now on 7/27/21 I find they never reversed the charge on my credit card and they don't answer their phone so I can get this fixed. Sad that I could even place an on-line order when they didn't even open for the day. On 7/30 I did get a refund on my card and an apology. Staffing issues........
Once again. Went to subway in Wal-Mart. And they where closed. Boy do they know how to run a business. I've been to a lot of subways. And the 2 in Minocqua have to be the worst I have ever been to. They done open on time or close to early. They need a change in ownership and management.
The only place I can go where they still make me the feast, even though technically they took it off the menu. Nothing says love like a 3.1 lb sub.
they got my order correct for like the 5th time in a row and ive only been here 3 times
