I feel very fortunate to have been able to find what I was looking for at this store. It seems that the original manufacturer can’t seem to keep replacement parts in stock for my local bike store to order, but coontail came to my rescue! I found a complete set of wheels for my specialized roll so now I can keep my winter tires mounted and ready to swap out!

Rich at the bike shop section is amazing. I have never gone wrong following his advice. This week he showed me a Lynx Dune DLX pedal kayak. Brad took over and was knowledgable and personable. He said, “you will love this boat” and showed me all the features, including a reverse lever for the pedals that allows you to hover over a fishing spot, even in the wind. The whole crew at this shop, including Steve Coons (Jr) are the best. I love my new boat. You were correct Brad. Bill Kizorek

We came in to look at kayaks. The sales associates were so helpful, knowledgable, and experienced that we ended up buying kayaks and a trailer. This was not due to sales pressure but to our new comfort and knowledge level based on the kayak guy answering all of our questions and adding details we had not thought of. The sales associate we bought from took all the time we needed to train us on how to load, transport, and care for our kayaks. We are very confident that if we have questions or need additional help, we will come back and get it.

I stopped in to purchase either a Hobie Compass kayak or a Hobie Outback kayakto use for fishing. After discussing each of the kayaks with the salesman the type of fishing I plan to do I decided to get the Compass. Both guys that I talked with were very informative and explained the operation of the kayak and options to set up to make fishing easier. Very enjoyable experience and if I ever decide to upgrade to the Outback I'll definitely be back to Coontail!
