It's at a new location has been for awhile. This is what it looks like now. Brand new store. Always clean, fast, nice. Great place !!

Intake Manger for our office went to pick up subs for the office and came back for everyone with sandwiches. The white bread was ridiculously old and stale. Called to them (as if I haven't eaten at subway for the past 20 years.. also used to manage one in Huntley, IL for 2 years in High School) and the owner starts yelling at me telling me it was door dash's fault and I explained that they made the sandwiches in front of her at the store. Then she continues to tell me that the bread was made this morning and its all super fresh etc. I will upload the photo of mine so you can see how fresh it was but I couldn't even eat the end because I couldn't even tear it off. Also, lady. why would I bother to call and tell you it was stale AND write this review if it wasn't hard as a brick! I didn't ask for anything or want anything literally called to tell them to throw it away and not serve it to anyone else and then she starts telling me I am wrong, it is fresh and I don't know what I am talking about.. "do you want another one... come get it then!" she finally ends with as a solution. Do I want one? Yes - Do I want what I paid for... yes! Can I take the limited time left on my lunch to come back and pick it up.. No! Just trying to remember your slogan.. what was it again.. oh yeah "eat fresh" not "eat day old bread we couldn't sell yesterday" so screw the customers tomorrow and charge them a ridiculous full price for a sandwich when we know FULL WELL that all you are trying to do is .30 cents.. I mean bread! Literally bread - the absolute cheapest part of the sandwich. Get real and just be honest and stop serving old food to people bc of your chase for the almighty dollar. Myself and none of our staff will be back. I might mention we have 70 people in our office and I will send out an email to everyone with this review as well.

Wanted to give 0 star's. This location on Broadway in Anderson In is by far the WORST subway I've ever visit. I went in to pick up my curb side order, got home the order wasn't made as I ordered it. Called the restaurant 7 times, no answer. I went back to the location, walked in to loud music, young teenage, unprofessional kids there, explained my issue, this one kid whom spoke with the manager via phone whom I evidently gave him some type of power. The kid started using profanity at me, ever word out of his mouth was disrespectful. I asked to speak with the manager 2-3 times he said no. One other kid took my sandwich open up the bread, finger (playing) the inside the sandwich and told me that I could take the sandwich back because it was made right. No little boy it is not made right. He then ball the sandwich up and threw it the trash. I got no money back nor a sandwich. I called the restaurant on the morning of 1/29, again no answer. With that being said, I don't recommend this location at all. Very rude /disrespectful workers, manager is never available to speak with. I will take my business somewhere else

We tried to order dinner for our large family and were told by the employees of this store that we would not be able to order 10 sandwiches. They said that would be considered catering and we would have to order 24 hours in advance. I guess this store didn’t need our $100.00 order. I don’t know if this is a franchise store or a corporate store, but I guess they had made enough money for the day. We wish you the best.
