We had a 40+ person group that came in today to these local Subway in Albuquerque. I need to give a shout out to Melinda, George and Theron for assisting our large group. They were professional polite and jumped into action to serve.

The first older gentleman that helped us was very professional. The other guy that rang us up... Was a mess. Didn't change his clothes after handling cash and touching the register. Didn't cut my sandwich all the way through. Food was still cold. He didn't even push the meat and veggies in so all the mayo ended up all over the outside of my sandwich when I unwrapped it. SUPER ANNOYING. We went out of our way thinking the service would be better but no dice.

The bad part of a bad review is that it impacts the store even when "bad" service moves out. I visited 5/19 for 1144 app pick up. Order was ready on time, but I didn't open my sandwich until I got to my destination 15 minutes later. That's when I saw the bacon wasn't cooked. My sub was made untoasted per my request, but other stores still cook the bacon. I tried to call the store to rectify at lowest level, but no calls answered. The District Manager replied to online feedback. Very polite. However he said bacon isn't cooked unless requested. So who eats raw bacon or even unheated pre-cooked bacon? The packages in store say fully cook before eating, but Subway bacon apparently is eaten uncooked by some. Anyways, the app doesn't have a "cook my bacon" button - maybe because it's understood it needs to be cooked? Either way - here is what the DM said some people like and here is what I chose not to eat. See pic.Pic. I will stay with other stores who have said they cook bacon regardless of toasted bread, or not toasted. Best of luck to this location. The recent reviews reflect they need it.

Was so stoked to pick up my sandwich until I felt the weight of it. I watched the guy make it and didn’t seem like he skimped out on me, then I realized subway reduced the size of their bread. Not at all worth it anymore. Hope subway goes out of business soon. Size comparison of the sandwich and a clothespin.

Melinda, Theron. and George all jumped into action when our tour bus of 45 people walked into the subway. They tackled the task as a Team and provided outstanding service and great quality food. Definitely recommended!
