We had a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful during all parts of our stay. At 10pm one night the ac went out in our room and they quickly got us moved to another room. The breakfast and light snacks were delicious. We will definitely stay here again!
We love you all and miss you ❤️ My son Joseph and I were scheduled for one month, which gratefully evolved into two months,thanks to the help of Jennifer, the manager. We were initially there under stressful circumstances, and far from home. The staff soon became our surrogate family, as did many of the other extended stay guests. I won't try to name all the staff, for fear of leaving anyone out, but know that you are all loved and prayed for. Joseph and I cannot thank you enough for every kind word, and act of love, as you accepted us into your fold. The socialization we enjoyed with this new family was certainly responsible for healing in both of us. We are so blessed to have gotten to be a part of this group. We loved the place as we did the people , and what a beautiful place to heal. We enjoyed many walks, and the benefit of being away from town in a quiet space, even with the airport, yet just a short drive and minutes away from amazing food, shopping and healthcare. The small airport setting is a quaint reminder of my childhood. We were blessed to be there during the 50th anniversary air show, which was one of the most amazing event we've ever seen. Vickie and Lori kept us wonderfully fed at breakfast, and 3 nights a week at social dinner. Love that bacon!!!! We had all the space of a comfortable apartment, and any issue was immediately responded to by Matt, an amazing mechanical engineer who has a great car. Everyone at the desk, and in the halls and who maintained the beautiful ascetics of the place are so appreciated. I've never smelled elevators that smell so clean like fresh wood each morning. The den was a place of respite for me, and thank you Dan, for adding the joy of peaceful music which was a blessing to my mind in times of stress. Thank you to everyone there, we miss and love each and everyone of you, and God willing will see you again next year 🙏♥️
We usually would never be staying at a hotel in our home town but we had an emergency that forced us out of our home for six days. We were welcomed into Staybridge with open arms and warm smiles each and everyday. If you have family or friends visiting I HIGHLY recommend Staybridge Suites.
The most disturbing thing was the moldy AC vent. Discovered it too late and already unpacked. I also doubt if it’s in better condition in another room. A lot of other issues like moldy shower tile, dirty baseboards, dusty air intake vent, etc… Unlike most other hotels, there’s also no filtered water station in the gym.
After a two month stay at this hotel, I have to give it an overall five star rating! The amenities and the rooms were very nice. But I will have to admit what made my stay the very best was the pleasant hotel staff! It was kind of like they took me in and made me part of their little family!! lol! From Jon And his front desk staff to Brenda and all her housekeeper staff!! All you have to do is ask and they will gladly take care of anything you need? They are all very polite, and very eager to help, along with being fast and efficient at their jobs!! And when it comes to the breakfast and dining area there is a special young lady there named Lori Who makes fresh every morning great breakfasts and has the warmest heart and most beautiful smile! So therefore, I highly recommend staying at this hotel anytime you’re in the area because you will not be disappointed!!!💯👍🏽
